At LELOSI Poland, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your new fashion pieces are not the perfect fit, you can return any unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
